Trade Days and Easter Weekend

_DSC0172edit

Easter was a lot of fun. On Saturday, Joey and I went with my dad and Jean to Trade Days in Canton, Texas. It’s basically Pinterest overload! You definitely have to have in mind what you want or you’ll get lost and stuck! Nana took care of the girls for the day so it was so much fun to spend the day as a free woman! Even though we didnt buy a ton of stuff, we got a lot of vendor names ;o) ….and lots of ideas for our new home.

On Sunday, we attended Crossroads Bible Church in the morning. Then, Elizabeth and the family came over that afternoon for a ham dinner and an Easter Egg Hunt. It was probably the first year that both Presley and Logan understood the concept of hiding and finding eggs. Corbin hid the eggs for the little ones, and Joey hid the eggs for Corbin. Easter seemed to be very early this year! I remember just a few years ago it was around Presley’s birthday! April 21st! The weather was perfect and the rain held off for the majority of the weekend. It was a great time!
